^¤The Zero Fraud Liability benefit covers unauthorized use of your CITGO fuel card when your account is in good standing. To access this benefit you must report the unauthorized use of your CITGO fuel card within 60 days of your billing date, maintain reasonable security policies and controls for the access, use, and protection of all CITGO fuel cards and related card information, and cooperate fully with any investigation regarding the possible unauthorized use of your card. “Unauthorized use” means the use of the account or a card by a person who does not have actual, implied, or apparent authority for such use, and from which the company receives no benefit. Any use of the CITGO fuel card when your card controls are set to “Emergency” are not qualified for this benefit. For full details, see your CITGO Account and Services Agreement.
