The up to 7¢ per gallon standard monthly fuel rebate, available with the CITGO Fleet Select Card and CITGO Fleet Universal Card, begins when the promotional rebate ends. Rebates are based on the number of gallons purchased at CITGO-branded locations each month with a CITGO fleet card. The promotional rebate offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time prior to your submission of an application. Rebates for this program are subject to change at any time.
